Our product and materials testing services focus on evaluating the mechanical and material properties of a wide range of samples. Many of our testing capabilities cover product materials that include medical devices, automotive parts, reinforcing bar, and many other materials from the construction and manufacturing industries. In our well-equipped laboratory we have the equipment to perform cyclic fatigue, tensile strength, compressive strength, hardness and many other forms of testing — all of which can be adapted to fit your unique requirements. We offer several load hydraulic load frames and state-of-the-art data acquisition technology to deliver results that answer nearly every question regarding the mechanical properties of your products and materials.

Testing under various conditions.

We can help you better understand and manage a product’s potential risk by evaluating product material performance to determine how it reacts under various conditions. Once the product condition is evaluated, we work with you to help you understand the test results so that you can further evaluate your product.

Accredited window testing services.

We’ve been conducting window testing since the mid 1980s. Over the last few years, specifications increasingly call for test methods that require the testing agency to be American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) accredited. The accreditation process involves demonstrating proficiency to perform many American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) test methods. Braun Intertec is fully accredited by AAMA to perform laboratory and field window testing services.
