Great Lakes transports over 2.2 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day through 2,115 miles of high-pressure pipelines. We were retained to provide geotechnical testing on 1,000 miles of pipeline across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and upper and lower Michigan. We utilized a dedicated drill crew for the duration of the work, and performed subsurface investigations for the use in pipeline routing. We also collected subsurface information to be used for the design of water crossings and other bored crossings.
