Braun Intertec was retained by the Welsh Companies to perform property condition assessments on a variety of industrial, office, warehouse, retail, industrial and educational facilities in Minnesota.

The purpose of this project was to conduct a visual review and documentation of building components, and to develop replacement schedules and lifecycle cost analyses.

Welsh Companies needed a consulting firm that could offer a wide variety of technical and consulting needs, including a review of the following items:

Solutions

From these reviews, we were able to help our client estimate capital expenditures associated with updating and renovating these facilities. We also assisted in prioritizing what components needed attention first to minimize damage to the building caused by weather or outdated materials.
