June is National Safety Month, a time to recognize the importance of creating safe workplaces, supporting one another, and reinforcing the habits that help everyone return home safely each day. This year, that recognition belongs to Maria Vargas, our 2025 Safety Employee of the Year. As an Operations Supervisor, Maria has built a reputation for leading with accountability, care, and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing.  Her leadership creates an environment where speaking up is expected and supported, and where safety is part of how work gets done.
