Mark your calendars for the RCRA Hazardous Waste Management Training: November 18th and 19th, 2026!

Regulations and policies on handling hazardous waste are routinely updated by the EPA and/or delegated state authorities. For this reason, annual training is recommended or required for personnel who handle or manage hazardous waste. Companies and organizations need to be aware of these changes and implement them to remain in compliance and reduce liability.

To be of assistance, we will be holding a virtual, interactive training this year from 8:00am-12:00pm on the mornings of November 18th and 19th, including bite-sized optional sessions covering Texas-specific, Minnesota-specific, RCRA waste and air regulations, and EPA e-manifest pitfalls. 

The training will include the following:

• Identification and classification of hazardous and industrial waste
• Waste container handling, management and storage requirements
• Requirements for hazardous waste generators
• Manifests and recordkeeping requirements
• Pollution prevention and waste minimization
• State-specific information for TX, MN, KS, SD, ND, IA, LA, WI, OK, MO, CO, OH, AR, and GA.
