Taking the leap into travel 

Ricardo joined Braun Intertec in June, ready for something new. "I was very excited because it was my first time jumping into a traveling position," he said.

A traveling role brings new sites, new crews, and new challenges. For Ricardo, it also opened a door to faster growth.

Senior technician: Ricardo started with us as a senior technician on a project in North Dakota.

Growing responsibility: As the project went on, he took on more and more responsibility.

Lead material testing technician: After about a year, those added responsibilities led to the lead role.

"It has definitely been a fun journey thus far, and I have learned a lot in my time," Ricardo said.
