The Christus Trinity Mother Frances Clinic provides accessible and high-quality medical treatment for northeast Texas. Braun Intertec provided geotechnical evaluation services for a new 7,200 square foot clinic with associated pavements. The building is a single-story structure supported over shallow spread footings. The project also included pavements consisting of either asphalt or concrete. 

Our evaluation characterized the subsurface geologic conditions at the selected exploration locations, evaluated their impact on the design and construction of the proposed clinic and associated pavements. Braun Intertec drilled test borings, provided sample review and laboratory testing. A geotechnical report was prepared and used to evaluate the subsurface profile and groundwater conditions and perform engineering analyses related to structure design and performance.
