The Latitude 45 Apartments in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a luxury residential development. The 13-story, 409,485 square foot, post-tensioned concrete apartment building consists of 320 apartment units and two stories of underground parking. Braun Intertec provided construction phase services for the project including construction documents peer review, envelope consulting periodic inspections, roof inspections and waterproofing inspections.
