Braun Intertec has a long-standing partnership with an iconic manufacturer in the snack foods industry, providing environmental permitting and compliance support at four different facilities in Kansas and Arizona. 

These facilities handle and store a large quantity of vegetable oil and warehousing equipment, which are subject to a variety of environmental permitting requirements. Such requirements include Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans; Stormwater Pollution Prevention (SWP2) Plans; wastewater permitting; and Tier II reporting in accordance with the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). In addition, we provide regulatory training as well as general environmental assistance services for these facilities.
