To help clarify these processes, Scott Holm, Principal Engineer at Braun Intertec, recently presented at the ICRI-MN Fall 2025 Technical Session alongside Zack O’Grady of Loeffler Construction. • Key safeguards during construction, such as pedestrian protection, egress maintenance, and safety requirements during alterations and repairs. .
