• Foundation selection: Determines the appropriate system –  shallow, deep, or intermediate foundations –  during design.
• Axial and lateral load: Analyzes the foundation’s load carrying resistance and anticipated movements.
• Plans and specifications assistance: Provides foundation construction recommendations and assistance.
• Quality assurance/quality control: Provides construction quality inspection using in-house integrity testing equipment, including pile driving analyzer (PDA), pulse echo testing (PET), thermal integrity profiling (TIP), and cross-hole sonic logging (CSL).
• Load testing: Designs and runs instrumented static load tests and load test programs.
